Tube settlers FOR EFFICIENT Solids removal

2H TUBEDEK® LAMELLA CLARIFIERS

Tube settlers, also called lamella clarifiers, are used to remove solids in different water treatment processes. TUBEdek® tube settlers are single plastic profiles combined to tubes. This design multiplies the sedimentation area up to 15 times per square meter of surface area of the tank and helps to improve sedimentation in water and waste water treatment plants. Different executions support a better process and cost reduction of the plant.

 

Design and stability of the 2H TUBEdek® lamellas focus on high customer benefit. The variable size of the modules permits the utilization of any settling tank to 100 percent. Even round clarifiers can be equipped without dead zones. The tongue and grove system achieves a strong connection of the modules – especially important for maintenance purposes – and enables cutting and cutouts. TUBEdek® fulfills all customers’ requirements for the equipment of settling basins with lamella clarifiers in a convincing manner.

On site assembly = low transport expenses

In order to optimise the cost of transportation, the lamella modules can be dispatched worldwide loose as prefabricated profiles. Our customers carry out a simple assembly and welding of the profiles into modules. The lamella modules can of course also be supplied assembled from our factory or can be welded on site by our employees.
